    15 years in user experience design for many brands have allowed me to develop my own vision of experience design based on a careful look at the brand's system and context. My objective when I design digital products and services is to improve or create simple user experiences that are emotional and efficient.
    Build and motivate teams of creative people with high potential for success is a prerequisite to design successful experiences. Cultivate differences (international environments, multi-disciplinary team) are
    of significant value to make the unknown tangible : listen, share and act.



    I take the time to understand the specificities of the issue's context in a broad sense (users' needs and expectations, client's objectives...), and then apply the design methodology using a multi-disciplinary approach in order to achieve rich user experiences, business minded and precise implementation.


    As a manager my goal is double: first, define and share common values and a definition of what is a qualitative work with the team, secondly, allow each team member to develop his own skills and personality and grow by the culture of rebund.


    I apply a simple methodology (but hard working) elaborated thanks to readings and experimentation which can adapt to any context. It can be defined as such: reset, play and work!


    During four years, I've managed to keep clients many years offering new services but also I've met
    new clients by actively managing my professional network. At the end of the day the best business development tool used to the client's satisfaction.
